Hot Toddy with Turmeric

  • 2 cups full or skimmed milk or almond/oat/rice milk for the super healthy option
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tsp honey or 1½ Tbsp molasses ( I used Grape Molasses / Üzüm Pekmezi)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp grated ginger or ¼ tsp ground ginger
  1. Add all ingredients into a small saucepan and bring very close to the boil, stirring occasionally
  2. Straining is an option but a lot of the healthy turmeric will be left behind.
  3. Serve immediately.
